Who We Are
Career Drome is a non-profit organization under the “Jeevan to Live” Foundation, working towards the objective of helping students in Career Decision making. We are a nascent group founded by savants of education and have been serving the Students for ten years.

SCHOOL INTEGRATION
Aligns the school counseling program with the school objective. It provides data for school improvement and promotes students’ success. Provide a proactive School Counseling program addressing students’ needs and enhancing the school climate. This program involves a 360 Approach towards the school by connecting it with –Students, Parents, Educators, and School management.

Our program provides a platform for counselors and students to get connected. A counselor gets the prospective students to counsel & guide them toward the right career path. Students get the solutions for all their confusion & concern, which boost their confidence and help them to take off toward their career aim.

What We Do?
For Counselor
The counselor gets the prospective students to counsel & guide them toward the right career path. The counselor works directly with students in individual and group counseling sessions and classroom lessons. The counselor stays connected with students, teachers, school management & parents to update them about the students.
For School

For Student
Under this program, the 360-degree approach assesses the students for better understanding and guides them accordingly. 360 Degree approach means getting feedback about students- Self, Parents, Peers & Teachers. Assess students in their- Behavior & Attitude, Interest Area, Strength & Weakness, Learning Style, Aptitude Skills, Reasoning Skills, Personalities, Social Activities, Co-Curriculum Activities, Sports Activities, etc.
For assessing all the fields, different types of tests are performed – Psychometric Tests, Personality Tests, Interest Area Questionnaires, Aptitude Tests, Reasoning Tests, etc. Students get comprehensive advice on careers, courses, and jobs that enable them to make a proper and informed choice and understand what they can do after they complete their school education.
